This is a simple recipe for an elixir that will keep your immune system in tip top shape.
All you need is some garlic and equal parts honey and apple cider vinegar. If you want to go crazy but some lemon juice, cayenne, and/or ginger for an extra boost!
Mince the garlic and combine.
It helps to heat the honey up a bit to help it disolve.
Store in the fridge up to ~6 months.
It will get stronger over time so depending on the amount of garlic you use you will have to dilute to consume.
Great on its own as a salad dressing or added to hot water as a healing tea.
